It's kinda creative because usually Qf6 slows down development, but you're saying you'll put the knight on h6. I guess the idea is you'll play moves like Bc5 Ng5 maybe f5 and all your stuff is poitned at white's kingside.
That kind of attack is a bit slow though. If white makes no threats for 5 or so moves black is probably fine, but white can harass the queen with moves like Nd5 Bg5 and even d4 trying to play e5, stuff like this.
So in general I don't mind what black's doing... just don't try to do it on move 5. This is more of a move 10 or 15 kind of plan, after your center is stable and king is castled.
