What 3 openings do people recommend?

I need a solid opening for white and another for black. I currently play the Jobava London or Ruy Lopez as white, Caro kann against e4 and Kings Indian Defence against everything else. Should I stick with any of these and just try to improve on them or is there something else I should try?
