What are similar openings?

Hello people I recently discovered my new favorite opening. I don't really know the name of it but it goes somewhat like this:

or is the knight moves on other side

 I was wondering if anyone knows the name of it. Or any similar openings if black doesn't take the bishop or moves differently.  For example if black moves pawn c7 it ruins this whole opening.
