What first move would you play as white if you can't play or ?

The subject line makes no sense. You can't play "or"? So you are asking what we play as White if we can't play a coordinating conjunction?

e4 or d4

I have played e4 & d4 far more than any other move in my chess career.

However, I have played a few different first moves in my time as opening training.

- Nf3

- b4

- b3

- e3

- g3

- a4

I think that might be it.

Thinking about it now - I am kind of shocked.

I have played thousands upon thousands of games.

Yet, I don’t think I have played every 1st move available to white.

I never felt the need too.

So you won't fix it? Or at least tell us what you wanted to write?

For me it would be 1.b4 easily, but I am retiring it for 1.d4 lately.
