Bobby Fisher has an article refuting the King's gambit that is deep but if you follow it, it works. I play the London a lot, very sharp tactical game with a lot of fireworks but it can be beaten pretty bad if your game is not sharp. Plenty of attacking lines for both players.
What is a good aggressive white opening?

The Kings gambit is not refuted, and very playable, lower levels. It's aggressive and risky, but risky for your opponet also.

Guess I should have been clear, even Fischer played the KG with success in tournament play but in the Bishop line, not the knight eg Bc4 instead of Nf3.

1818-1879, according to chessgames.
How about the Evans gambit ? ( 1. e4 e 4 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. Bc4 Bc4 4. b4 !? ) I have used this opening with numerous success in otb play, and I highly recommend it. If you are interested, check out my blog on it https://www.chess.com/blog/BoboTheFlyingSheep67/the-evans-gambit-a-complete-guide
1.e4 e4? It should be 1.e4 e5
3.Bc4 Bc4? It should be 3.Bc4 Bc5
The kings gambit is very aggressive and what I play and would reccommend if you want aggressive.
Against the Sicilian either mainline or Smith-Morra gambit is aggressive.
another aggressive less common option is the Center game:
Sets up some nice aggressive chances for white, if you want opposite side castling it's for you

Goering Gambit is very aggressive.
So is the Yugoslav attack of the Sicilian. The aggressive All- or nothing sometimes works, other times it backfires.
