From a perfect computer's standpoint, it would be depending on whether a guaranteed win is available so long as the perfect moves are played. If no guaranteed win is available for said color, it would be whichever opening has the narrowest passageway to a loss.

Obviously no perfect computer exist, so we don't have a way to know for sure, yet we can find close results from recording win/lose rates on games played by powerful (almost perfect computers/engines) such as Stockfish, to get pretty accurate data.

1. Italian game. Simple, effective, universal. Best opening in game.

2. Bishop fianchetto. An extremely unpleasant and incomprehensible arrangement for your opponents, which gives you an advantage.

3. Queen's gambit. Allows you to suffocate your opponent with boredom
