What is the best opening in your opinion??

There is no "best" opening. Some of the best ones for white are Queens gambit, Catalan, Ruy Lopez

For Black: QGD, Kings Indian, French, Caro-Kann.

 

My favorites are the Catalan, Caro-Kann and Kings Indian
