The Nimzo-Larsen is great if you want to premove the first two or 4 moves, plus you can make some traps on g7 square. Why? Hikaru plays it.

The latvian gambit, the most profitable opening with black, 65% . In my level (2800 lichess)
id just play your usual opening because experience and instincts will save you a lot of time, you don't want to be navigating an unfamiliar position when you need to play your moves fast!!!
It is generally better to play good moves rather than premoves.
If you play 1. d4 and premove 2. Bf4, you will lose a piece if Black plays 1. . . . e5.
if you play the Modern, 1. e4 d6, 2. d4 g6 and premove 3. . . . Bg7, you will lose to 3. Bh6.
Just learn to play chess and not rely on silly traps or premoves. Your results will improve at every time control.
