a stundent of mine asked about the name of the opening posted at the end.

I know it only as the pirc. does anybody know the name if this variantion?

also, he asked about the black dragon(its not a varition in the scicilian defence) does anybody know something about a black dragon?

The Pirc is 3...g6. This looks like a Philidor defense.

Yes, it's a variation of Philidor's Defense, reached via a transposition from the Pribyl System:

 

1. e4 d6 {Pribyl System.}

2. d4 Nf6

3. Bd3 Nbd7

4. Nf3 e5 {Philidor's Defense, Nimzovich Variation.}

I don't know about a black dragon but that opening is often called the Black Lion.
