For black i like caro kann and kings indian and for white i like italian and london

Kings indian defense,good for beginners, intermediates and very easy to do
In my opinion one good way to improve at chess is to carefully study two openings, one as White and the other as Black, and learn as many of the variations as possible. There is more to chess than openings of course, but a good grasp of openings sets you well on your way into the middle game.
