For white I like to use the Vienna

But when I am playing as black, I prefer to use gambits like the Albin Countergambit (Against the Queen's gambit) , Rosseau gambit (Against the Italian), the Jaesnich gambit (Against the Ruy Lopez /Spanish) and the Stienitz Countergambit (Against the London).

Accelerated Dragon. I like it because it's flexible; you can play the dragon, speed it up or go the hyper dragon route. It has a lot of reactive play that must be met wi equal understanding or you lose.
