Burgess is the most different, he doesn't do an exchange in the QGD and he uses a fianchetto against the grunfeld/KID. He also avoids a lot of lines by playing Nf3 before c4, opting to not play c4 in the case of Nf6, e6 and instead go with the Torre attack.
Cox uses the bayonet in the KID whereas Watson goes with h4 -- a little more quiet.
Cox plays Qc2 in the Nimzo whereas Watson prefers e3.
