Whats Your Favorite opening?

Mine  for white are:  Evans Gambit, smith morra gambit and French closed variation. 

 

for black: Sicilian French, Scandinavian and French

As White: Most anything depending on what mood I'm in and how I've fared with certain lines recently. Currently I like being on the White side of the French Defense and the Ruy Lopez.

As Black against 1. e4: The Caro-Kann

As Black against 1. d4: The pure Slav

As Black against most other moves: Something with a Caro-Slav structure.
