When to use the bongcloud

Hi,

I actually played the bongcloud in a 3 minute game. 

Here it is:

Opponent lost on time, due to long fathoming of why I played it. 

So, maybe bongcloud is bullet/hyperblitz playing??

you sack your queen in blitz games? I only do that in bullet
