which defence is the best?

There is no "best".
There are a FINITE number of SOUND openings, but no one is best.
Also, the Sicilian and Nimzo-Indian shouldn't even be compared. One is a defense to 1.e4. The other is a defense to 1.d4.
Also, no one game is going to tell you either. If it did, this game would say declining the Queen's Gambit is bad, but we all know it's not. Black's play after the opening just flat out sucked!

If you talk objectively, the King's Indian is probably the best defense system.
That's why Magnus still plays it. It's already proven that this type of kingside setup works best, defensively speaking.

I love the King's Indian Defence but I would specifically say that it is not the best defence objectively. The purpose of this defence is to create a double-edged position to generate counterplay for black. Black allows white to dominate the centre in exchange for rapid development. Black makes a concession in exchange for counterplay and winning chances. It is a risky defence and the best way to play for a win with the black pieces against d4 but it is not the most solid defensively.
The Nimzo-Indian is much more solid.

I think ruylopez defence is the best but I like reti system defence too, what do u think
The Ruy Lopez and Reti are openings for white. They are not defences.

Of course, the Sicilian is the best way to play for a win against e4 and has a very fearsome reputation. So I would say this is one of the best defences.
