Thank you Darth Musashi (woah that's a lot!)
I'll try to look at all of them (if I can ever get to the bottom of the list).

Gonna have to get that played while i sleep and hope it sticks or spend the rest of my learning this list.

The Staunton Gambit in the Dutch can be a real zinger. The theory on this line is extensiver and that is why I play 1.d4, e6........

I have decided. I will be playing the following gambits:
The Danish Gambit: 1. e4 e5 2. d4 exd4 3. c3 dxc3 4. Bc4 cxb2 5. bxb2
Bishops Opening: 1. e4 e5 2. Bc4 Nf6 3. d4
Scotch Gambit: 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. d4 exd4 4. Bf4
Budapest Gambit: 1. d4 Nf6 2. c4 e5

Bishops Opening: 1. e4 e5 2. Bc4 Nf6 3. d4
Scotch Gambit: 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. d4 exd4 4. Bf4
Budapest Gambit: 1. d4 Nf6 2. c4 e5
Has anyone brought up Schlecter's Defense to the Danish Gambit? (I'm too lazy to read four pages of old posts.) In my view that line alone would keep me from playing the DG.

No, no one has told me about that... thank you. I'll look it up.

We should have a tournament on this theme.
Good idea... i might create one later, as I am busy now.

the brave kings gambit
haha, yes, the kings gambit is very brave. thank you for the suggestion

Hi all,
I used to not play gambits at all, but now, I decided to give it a try. Which gambit as White gives you the best innitiatve? In other words, which do you think is the best gambit? Please respond as soon as possible. Thanks.

The Bishop's Gambit gives you the most initiative, hands down. I turned on my Rybka engine after opening with it as white and it spit out an initiative evaluation of 13.26. The King's Gambit, by comparison, was only 6.79, while the Budapest was 3.29 and the Danish was 4.57. Plus it was cheese-filled, so it's automatically less than the raspberry-filled.
No they just called some cheese the King's Gambit and when a boat that goes out to see and never comes back is called the King's Gambit as it happened to the King's ship. He sent it out to find his daughet at the edge of an unknown Ocean where the enemy had his daughter. And gave the captain orders not to come back without her
