Depends, what are you looking for? Semi-soundness? Fun? Appears often?

My favorite trap comes in the Psakhis - Romanishin Nimzo-Indian. After 1. d4 Nf6 2. c4 e6 3. Nc3 Bb4 4. e3 b6 5. Ne2 c5!? 6. a3 Ba5 7. Rb1 Na6, White has several possible plans, but a tricky affair comes after 8. g3!? Bb7 9. d5 as the only way to keep a playable game for Black is to play b5 quickly, which looks crazy because visually that seems to hang the pawn with tempo on the Na6.

Opening traps as playing bad stuff to try to induce a blunder are really not my cup of tea.

The two best traps would be the Fried Liver as well as the Tennison's gambit

Just as traps? None of them. Playing for traps stunts one's overall development as a player. For aesthetics, probably this in the Albin Counter-Gambit (I,used to play the Albin seriously but got busted in the end - I am not recommending it as a practical choice here).
