Which rare openings are actually fun to play with?

Whenever I play it, it usually means I'm not serious and I'm trolling someone.

I never said that if you play the fried fox then you are guaranteed a loss

Of course you can still win using troll openings especially if a player higher rated than you uses the bongcloud or something like that

Vampire Opening 

unless players know the main move and don't accept the gambit i still play it and have quite a decent winrate with the opening, but you hardly get an advantage in the main line imo, I might be wrong though
