You might take a look at this:
Here's a little more basic repertoire information. The second choice in this book against 1.d4 is the Tartakower Defense of the QGD which is what Silman recommended in the article I linked to in the previous post. The book doesn't go into much detail, but it gives some options--Tarrasch Defense of QGD and Stonewall Dutch in addition to the Tartakower. Also includes the French Defense for 1.e4, again not a lot of detail.

since in the other thread the majority of peoply told you to play the Qd8 scandi against e4 play the slav both openings have a lot in common and are no that much theoretical good luck
Since you do not have much time to learn i suggest you check out chessable it is free they have a short and sweet series for the slav defense compiled by a master and a free scandinavian repertoire. The scandinavian repertoire is a bit bigger but still manageble. Even if your opponents know that you play the scandi and the slav they wont be able to to something about it.
Also dont be afraid of Bobby Talparovs Nf3 g3 etc you can still play a slav like formation with d5 and c6.
Against the english opening c4 you can play 1...c6 transposing to the slav and only need to know the line where white transposes it to a caro kann with 1.c4 c6 2.e4 d5
klauer IMs Bartholomew and Trent say that the Qd8 scandi and the slav are similar you might migrate to their social media pages and leave your helpful comments there
1.He wanted an opening suggestion not basic guidance how to play better
2.If you would be at least so interested to take a 5 second look at the short and sweet chessable slav repertoire you would see that the master there goes for an easy to play approach that covers nearly all stuff white can throw at him.
You can sometimes transpose the game into more familar territory by playing something like ...e6 or ...c6, and if they then play 2.e4, you are out of 1.d4 territory.
möchtest du mir vielleicht noch kompliziertere wörter als quacksalber zurufen, daran erkennt man doch wie sehr dir daran gelegen ist verstanden zu werden
Have you considered the Nimzo and Queen's Indian defences?
I have been playing 2... Nf6 ,3..c5 and then g6 or e6 for long time but i do not know what this defence is called.
@testaaaaa Giving the young man an opening at this stage is less than extremly modest. You don't see the difference between 18xx and 13xx. Giving him an opening is leaving him in delusion.

There is no problem with the opening. There's a problem with tactics. The best preparation is solving each day 15 minutes tactical problems and fixing a verbal description of every mistake. After five days write a short summary: What are the most often happening mistakes? Try to avoid them in the games and you will play a little better than before.
I often play English opening which is not a tactical opening and you recommend me tactics. That is weird, isn't it?
4... Sd5 should not be played. 4... e6 is better. You have to understand why - development and fight for the center.
6... Bxg2 and black is winning.
10... Nc6? is a target. 10... d5 or mabe 10... c5 are attacking the center.
Is this clear? Learning this principles is at the current state of knowledge what has to looked for!
It is very sad that I could have won the game on move 6.
