White side-line in the sicilian - yay or nay?

It's a fine way to play, so long as Black has committed to ...d6 and can't play a quick ...e6/...d5.
I've been playing it with decent results so far (6-1-1). White seems to be solid, although I'm unsure if the Na5 line shown is the best response by black. What do you guys think?
