Who made chess
I take it this is NOT a serious question. but if it were...
Chess has a rich history that goes back hundreds of years. it evolved from other games- and those origins of those games are still argued about by scholars.
the last major change in the chess; the modern game (if you will) wasn't 'invented' by just a guy. but was the result of some changes that chess players in spain made. the time frame eludes me. (you can look it up if your curious). the modern game was nicknamed "mad queens" chess.
If you HAD to pick a name; you should credit chess to Howard Staunton; he standardized the chess peices and set up international tournaments. He's the nearest match to someone who "made" chess.
without his vision there would be no world champion; no professional grandmasters. it would be like monopoly and tiddlywinks.
There are NEW threads around.
chess is either from India, africa, or aliens. be reasonable, of course it came from the greys. anywho, if you want a lot of reading take a look at several recent post. its THE big discussion of the day....
prolly not. prolly someone really dumb named it chess...but its REAL name is something inpronounceable to human beans... LOL.

(Put somebody who u think made chess)
