Why isn't the Vienna Game a book?

I find that many openings contain books on chess.com, like the Caro-Kann, the London, and the Queen's Gambit. The Vienna is used in a similar way, so why isn't it a book like the previous three?

Yes, there are publications based solely around the Vienna Game. But I'm not thinking of those, I'm thinking of these:

According to Google it's because the vienna is not that comum in grandmaster level theory like the Spanish, Italian and others
