@Prologue1 I think that white should strive for an advantage with 4.H4!!! This move is theoretical in the budapest gambit which is very similar to this. H6 cant be played so its difficult to remove the knight from g5 and white can proceed with nc3 bc4 etc...
Here's one. This gambit is called "Her Majesty's Knickers". It's very fun to play because it exposes your Queenside, hence the name, and can be used from a few different starting positions depending on Black's response. Examples below:
Urusov gambit:
Now, black has te greedy option 4...Nxe4, or the better Bc5
Norfolk gambit:
Ringelbach gambit:
Tartakower gambit:
Wolfers gambit (interesting weapon against 1-b4)
Bellón gambit (this one is quite sound)
Give them a try and tell me.
@kareldevries. Yes black can indeed play h6. However after Nxe4 followed ther is no way for balck to strive fior the advantage. Normally f5 is possible and black gets a strong centre. However now that h6 has been played qh5 is crushing so black can get the strong centre. Also h4 supports the knight on g5 making it difficult for black to get rid of it. I could be wrong but i have had this line a few times and won most of my games in it.
Pleas tell me any new thoughts.....
