Sometimes I play this opening as black against ruy lopez, kinda of works at my level of play ,just wondered if it has a name seems to work quite a bit...

After 7 moves White's only developed piece is hanging- I don't think you'll find this in any book of openings. If I had to give it a name, let's see...

Ruy Loopy?

WellRounded

It doesn't have a name, but we can call it "If white makes mistakes and blunders, we can play this."

:)  But seriously there are multiple flaws, in that white has no reason to play h3, doesn't often(relatively) play the exchange variation, and Nxe5 there would be a flat out blunder.

3... Nf6 is the Berlin defence that used to be played by Emmanuel Lasker in the past and is actually very popular among top GM's nowadays, altough in a very different form compared to Lasker's time. By the way 4. h3 looks pretty useless to me. 4. 0-0 is the main continuation and 4. d3 sensible alternative to protect the e4 pawn and avoid the main lines (after 4.0-0 black most often takes on e4).
