I like any opening where you push kingside bishop's pawn 2 squares except perhaps bird's gambit....

I will tell my Favorite one by one-
Guico piano as white-
As black:-
Suppose d4! then-
These are my favorites.
King's Gambit
As white: Reti Opening, KIA. As black against E4 Alekhine's defense. Against D4 Nimz-oindian
I treat 1. c4 and 1. Nf3 as if they're normal 1. d4 openings. (They easily transpose.) If my opponent plays strange moves, I'll simply develop and control the center.
What if they don't transpose to 1. d4 OR play strange moves? Like if they play the usual English/Reti/KIA setups?
I'll go for rapid development and controlling the center. (I already mentioned that in my previous post.)
