There's even a line in the Mar del Plata King's Indian where you play f3 and g4. But in the King's Indian, that's usually played for quite a different reason than in the Sicilian. The English Attack is an aggressive K-side pawn storm, but often when White plays f3 and g4 in the King's Indian, it's to slow down Black's K-side attack!
So while they look similar, they are played with completely different ideas.
I play Yugoslav attack against the Sicilian Dragon as White and was wondering if there are any similar attacks against Black's KID and Grunfeld (Be3, Qd2, f3, g4 - not necessarily in that order).
