I am starting a local -non scholastic chess- club here in my area and was wondering if anyone could give me some advice for maintaining a chess club. There is lots of information on starting one, but I could not find anything on maintaining one! Any advice is appreciated!

Probably one of the best things is consistency. Advertise online, at the very least and potentially in your local paper if you can.
