Normally bets can't be changed, but this is only alternating your bets, so I did switch your bets.
Place bets here on the Chess.com Computer Chess Championship Tournament!
It's Booot. Here is a tournament between four free versions of Stockfish, Komodo, Fire, and Booot. http://chesstech.info/free-engine-tournament
Thanks for the mini-tournament, and posting the data. It looks like you had each engine play 3 games against every other engine. Is there a way to tell which engine played as White in each game?
Any reason why each round is three games, where one side gets White two times?
(or do I misunderstand the summary)?

"I make no claims for this. It’s just an exercise in fun."
So Chess.com has a vote for your favorite to win. Without the odds I chose Komodo. Because it is commercial and Stockfish is free. I think they will be motivated to enter a special version and tweek for the setup. Here I chose Fire.
Although Komodo is commercial, I don't know what tools they have to improve the code. Stockfish is using an interesting system of distributed computing to play millions of chess games, and looking for minor tweaks in its code. Komodo might be doing the same thing, but I'm not sure if they net to same cpu processing power. In any case, the tournament should be interesting.
How does one access the chat at TCEC Live? It asks me to verify my email, something that it did not before. Any help would be appreciated.
If anyone has questions about the tournament (or watching it) it's better to ask (at that Topic) instead of here. I'm just the bookie in the betting house.
friedmelon: I changed your bet for the final to White wins 6 games, and Black wins 5 games (same as winning at least one game).
farmer: I placed your bet for the Top-2 winners.
Note to all: Anyone who placed a bet on the Super-Final winner should also say how many games your engine will win as White. If you bet this correctly the payoff is higher. (You can also bet on games won as Black but placing this bet costs an extra biscuit, and has even higher payoffs).
Double-check the table - if your bet isn't shown then it's not recorded. Let me know if I missed any bets placed.
My bet is Stockfish (4 biscuits) and Houdini (6 biscuits).
Komodo's field are longer games and eventhough it is tremendously strong I suspect SF and H to do better at rapid.
Edmundng2007 and maelic have placed bets!
(Double-check table. Bets aren't recorded unless they are shown on the table!)
When the Top-2 engines are known, winnings will be paid out, and then players (who still have biscuits) can bet on the Super-Final winner.
After day 1 Stockfish and Houdini have taken the lead! Stockfish winning 5 games and drawing 1, and Houdini winning 4 and drawing 2! (See here) for results so far!
The Top-2 engines are Stockfish and Houdini! Congratulations to players with winning bets. See below for winnings.
The Super-Final start tomorrow at 9:00 a.m. Bets on the Super-Final must be placed by 7:00 a.m.!!
Remember in addition to naming the final winner, you should indicate how many games your engine will win as White. For a cost of 1 biscuit, you can also bet that your engine will win at least one game as Black.
I mean 5 for stockfish 3 for shreddrer
