Guys you can checkmate with pieces except only one bishop or knight

Either side to move and white checkmates with just two knights. It's rare because of the position requirements, but it has happened before.

Depends on the bishops.

If the bishops are both light-squared or both dark-squared (i.e., at least one is promoted), then it is not possible. The two bishops must operate on different colors in order to be able to checkmate.

Unless the final capture puts one of the bishops in a forced stalemate position, there is no luck of the draw. It doesn't matter where the enemy king is. An endgame of KBB vs K is one of the easier ones.
