School Chess Program proposal

Hi, I am the Founder and President of McNairy Chess Club based in Selmer,TN.

I am trying to get a chess program into McNairy Schools and I have talked with the Education Director. He really likes the idea but he wants me to write up a School Chess Program proposal to be presented to the McNairy Board of Education. I am not a chess expert so how do y'all recommend I write it up as? Can anyone help me that has done School Chess Program proposal  or got chess into a public school?

This may help inspire your own curriculum. It's aimed at newer and younger aged chess players but you can modify it to tailor to whatever age group.

How can I edited it and delete what does not contain to me?

I'm not sure you can edit it, that might fall under copyright laws. But you can take material/ideas from that to create a curriculum that fits your program.
