This is a followup post to this post The idea Linksspringer had has been the following: Would it be an idea to organize a VC mini-league or maybe a knockout tourney for teams that value quality (teamwork, discussion, fun) over quantity? I think it would be a very nice idea, but I wouldn't know

Minimum 2 and preferably 3 days as I would put it.. that helps serious participants to discuss and agree.. Often one or two key members miss out in shorter version .. specially on weekends..

I like this idea but not yet, lets wait at least six months since a couple of other vote chess tournaments just started!
