Abandoning games
Kaynight I think the point the poster is making is that it isn't fair to be threatened to accept a draw or the game will be abandoned. It is irrelevant if he won the game or not. It is a shame that this practice goes on. Can you imagine if every player on chess.com adopted the same tactics? Maybe then you would be more encouraging.

Just go to a staff member and show the staff member a screenshot and ask him to ban him. It works perfectly with 100% no fault. In my experence on chess.com for 3 years it works.
Yes. People shouldn't be threatened into accepting a draw or have the game abandoned, and players who try to bully other players into accepting a draw because they are unable to win, shouldn't be here. Or, do you think it is within the spirit of the game to bully other players if you can't win?
you just read my blog
hacking of live chess game by rival
what is to be done when your live chess game is hacked by your rival and for that too, you are punished by chess.com by restricting your fresh game for next 5 minutes. pl. suggest suitable measures. reported the matter to the website 4-5 times, but nothing happened, however, one good thing they did was to restrict my fresh next game by 5 minutes (pun intended). it has been going over for a long time. Now, it seems that any tom dick and harry can hack their website. so what are they charging for premium features, whether it may not be there in premium. every day it happens .
Once the opponent starts losing, your live game is interrupted. you lose your live chess game and moreover you are punished by chess.com by restricting your fresh game for next 5 minutes. pl. suggest suitable measures. reported the matter to the website 4-5 times,
i was playing a game recently and had the winning position and he offered a draw and obviously i said no and he kept telling me to accept it and threatened to abandon game, which is a waste of my time.
