Titled players arent the way you think.... I've played like 30+ plus games with titled players and lost 70% of games(lol) but I learnt a lot though those games. I'd suggest you to become friends with some titled players first and start talking to them so that they could become familiar with you. Then they'll surely accept your challenge!

Get strong enough and you'll start seeing titled players in the random pool lol

Go to Twitch, look for titled players and see if they are playing against viewers. There aren't always titled players offering to play viewers, but sometimes there are. With patience, eventually you'll find someone. It's certainly more effective than just asking randomly in a forum post.
