Close to zero (because most 12 year olds don't play)
Average 12 year old on this website:
Close to 600 simply considering the average is ~800 and the average age is >12 and the average beginner is U20.
Average 12 year old champions:
If we're talking national champions probably close to master level based on some U12 winners I've seen of various countries.
Best 12 year old ever:
Karjakin was a grandmaster at 12.

age doesnt matter its how long youve been playing there could be a 1000 80 yearold playing for 4 months and a 1200 8 yearold playing for 7 years which is more impressive???
im 1400 and been going tryhard for a year

A 12 year champion can be someone who is above 1600 OTB. I mean that person is already very ahead.
Average 12 year old will be somewhere around 1200 OTB (if they play tournaments and take chess seriously.)

I would be impressed by both, but maybe the 8 y/o because they started when they were like 1. I have a 1 year old brother, and he is soaked in chess and just plays with the pieces.
I'm 12 and Ive only player for 2 and a half months only studied 2 openings one for black and one for white and I'm 1300+ in rapid and 1800 puzzles in my main account. Is that average?

The bots are literally overrated. If you play a 2000 bot, it'll just blunder randomly.
