Who will win the candidates? After that who will be victorious in the match against Carlsen?

Well, I agree Aronian is playing well as are Karjarkin and Caruana, who has narrowly missed a couple of wins.

On the 2nd question, well, nobody imho.

Idk why but I have a feeling Anand might pull through. But, Aronian and Karjakin have great chances.

stuzzi- I agree with most of what you say and share your admiration for Anand.  Actually he is even better than you say, he struck back with a win yesterday.

However, if Anand does win this touranament, it will be only his second in succession.   The one before that was won by... Carlsen.

I certainly hope for another challenger this time.  Carlsen has a 6:1 advantage in decisive gmes in the 1st 2 matches.  A third seems pointless.

Karjakin or giri or aronian probably. Anand also has chances. Giri will give the best fight for carlsen and probably after 12 draws,carlsen will win in the rapidplay

Now, that is a thrilling prospect.
