so, how does one join the group and nominate someone? do i have to vote for pdela to be second a certain number of times? because i think elona deserves a nomination for this comment:

It depends on whether pdela happens to be a memebr at that moment. I'm not sure who's on pdela watch this week.
ProKnight drives a streetcleaner through the posts a couple times a day and sorts out the nominations. He'll find yours.

i think you have that backwards. you should be the one to find them and correct your mistakes. then you should start a [comment undeleted] appoligizing to everyone for your false representation of moderation and wasted opportunities be sure to follow up with directions for finding the new posts.
