Criteria for the greatest chess player in the world

I just like to ask you guys of what is your criteria for choosing the greatest chess player in the world and why? is it more on the quality of his/her play or its charisma.

It's not exactly the same thing as what you have asked, but it's pretty close.

my criteria is the play has one of the following characteristics:
A)Is named Mikhail Tal

OR 

B)Is named Bobby Fischer

Well, you have to be SO good and goated. That you become a household name in the Chess community and many people refer you as good, with a very good and smart playstyle, a well good personality, and at the end of the day, all of that ends with personal choices  :)
