What's your source? If it turns out you actually have a reliable source for what he has and hasn't googled, that's scary. Not because internet traffic is logged, but because you can't tell who's using the computer using those logs.

The advertisements here are based on your previous web surfing. For example, I've been researching hosting solutions for a web site in the past week and all of my ads right now are relevant to that.
When I am planning travel, I get travel related ads because of the surfing I've been doing.
