grand master challenge

My brother has new relevant of super playing chess and his rate now is above 2500, how can he challenge grandmaster or fide master or anyone who is famous and in top players, because he is forwarding to paly anyone famous and challenge himself , by the way, he is 14 years old

If he is rated 2500, then he has almost certainly had a chance to play titled players.

Edit: I see he just joined so maybe he didn't get the chance  yet.  I also notice he mostly plays rapid and has a low bullet rating. Titled players usually play only blitz and bullet.

Playing bullet and blitz is pretty much the only way to play titled players... lol

Or, you can go to "open challenges" and if you see a titled player, quickly click the dot to play them.

Sometimes, they will abort, but if they don't, you will get a good lesson (or beating lmao)
