Here a sketch by Han Hollander, Euwe and Capablanca. Euwe plays chess against Hollander in the Carlton Hotel. Hollander is losing, although he has been given the odds of a rook, knight and bishop. Hollander touches the wrong piece but refuses to play with it, because he just wanted to polish it. Or so he says. Enters Capablanca, who sees a winning move for Hollander. The rest of the piece is in English, where they discuss Euwes chances against Aljechin.
