Hou reaches 2600

Hou has reached 2600 for what is the first time, I believe.

She still has quite a hill to climb to match Judit's best of #8 in the world though.

Happy New Year Goldendog, I don't know anything about Hou.. so why are you following her progress ?

She's a top woman player, current WC, young...I hope she really takes off and can make a mark not just among women.

She looks much better with longer hair.

She's not made much progress.

Would that statement #8  'qualify' for you goldendog ?  

I still can't believe there's somebody named Humpy.

Hou should start competing in men's events if she wants to get better IMO.

I like her really and i think we could make a great team,and oh her chess is fine 2.would want her on a 1 against 1,no computers,no assist,no witnesses.but judith i accept,her chess is very strong..beaten kasparov and karpov.i wouldnt dare.
