Well, grandmasters or good chess players can spot you taking time more than usual and dropping top engine moves each time, i remember seeing a magnus v a woman usin engine and he spotted it like before move 10

Beat him by beating him
The only chance of winning against Hikaru is in hyper bullet, and you got to play some really fast and brainless moves where you get incredibly luckily with a combination of time and him blundering. I could possibly manage that in 1 in 10 games with him
