Can anyone tell me what on earth has happened to Luke Mcshane?

He is one of Englands best chess stars but he seems to have vanished from the chess scene. Has he been abducted by aliens?

Strange how many people would like to be professional chess players, and then ones who could actually pull it off would rather work a regular nine to five.
