I played a North Korean yesterday. He was 1260 and his ID is Americans-are-dogss He used to trash talked too much after winning the first match he was calling Indians dogs and I being an Indian challenged him again. So We played two matches with a score of 1-1. But I have a question? can North Koreans play chess online after so much restrictions.

I think that people from North Korea are good, but their "great" regime is so terrible and normal people are ok.
