I am a Garry Kasparov fanboy, but I still think that if both of them in there prime Magnus would win, it is just because there is more computer knowledge in Magnus's brain, but on equal terms both would be very equal.
As for Fischer, it could go either way, he could dominate, or he would loss every single game.
