reverses chess time

My opponent ( flavioemx... BRAZILIAN ) HAS REMAINING TIME OF 1:13 IN STILL RUNNING... I HAVE TIME OF 2:33 STILL WAITING HIM TO MOVE UNEXPECTIVELY A COUPLES OF  DISCONNECTION AFFAIR ON SCREEN WHEN  RELOG IN  I'M LOST OF TIME O:O:O IN MY OPPONENT HAVE MY PREVIOS TIME OF 2:33! its my 3 times same way of experience! anybody can explain why that happen in chess.com.???

Were you playing with extra increment time?

That is very weird. I have never seen that error. It could be your opponent was lagging. Anyone else would like to help?

jephs nangyari na sa akin yan. hinala lo nag lag ang internet connection/ computer mo, ang chess clock mo sa screen tumigil na, pero tira mo d pa nagregister sa game site. but in reality clock mo pa din ang tumatakbo kaya naubusan ka ng time ng mag reset ang screen mo.
