Doesn't work. Every group will devide after a while into real trolls and wanna be trolls. Then the same question occurs again.

no, the proper members are the regular human beings.
the trolls would keep getting relegated back to the troll divisions.
Doens't matter how you call or define the group. Someday a homogeneous group will devide and split apart as I said before. That's just the nature of any society.
