I mean I learned pretty quick by getting beat over and over again, and I finally started getting good, but I still don't know that much about chess. I know how the pieces move, I know how to win the game. I know what is checkmate and the best moves and things, but when I play I only use 1 or 2 strategies, that is not how chess works. is it! Aren't you supposed to like use more than one strategies pure game. I would but I have no clue what the best of the best strategies are.

Try doing some chess lessons on the site, I have found those to be helpful. Also there are a bunch of chess streamers like Hikaru Nakamura or the Canadian Chessbrahs who give lessons. It seems you are familiar with a couple of checkmating patterns which is good but expanding your knowledge should definitely improve your results.

Yes, there are a lot of good lessons that I have did, and it has taught me a whole lot since the last time I replied on here, because I've been practicing and practicing and am getting better by the day.

Thank you for the good advice, and sorry it took me a while to respond
