1) Who is Kramink? Oh, perhaps you mean Kramnik, right? The guy, who lost match to Shirov.
2) Topalov has never been that strong to bear comparison with true legends. He will be remebered in history as "cannon fodder" for his losses vs Kasparov, Anand and Carlsen. Like Duke of Brunswick and Count Isouard.
3) Believe or not, Nunn's play is much richer and more brilliant than Carlsen's. He truly deserves that spot.
4) Those 21.-50. are more or less equals. I don't consider Khalifman above Carlsen, but roughly equal to him. Khalifman is mentioned first, because he is older.
