Hi I’m a Duolingo super user and I’d like to state out that while Oscar is definitely a trash talker, it’s hard to say he’s the “worst” chess bot existing. During the first few games with him, Duolingo will predict you as a 100 Elo user, and Oscar adapts to your 100 (?) Elo skill. However, the more you win against him, his skill rapidly increases. This makes him an adaptive bot like Jimmy.

i've beaten all of the 150+ bots rated under 2700 & noel bot had the lowest game rating by far at 550.
engine level 1 is rated 250 so probably that one.

Oh and just in case for the Duolingo users like me, I’ll leave a simple exploit on Oscar here.
When you are in a chess game with him, turn off WiFi and cellular data. This makes him soooo stupid. I earned hundreds and thousands of XP in this way. It’s legit.
I’ll take any form of criticizing if this does not work. This is the way to legally CHEAT in Duolingo.

i quit duolingo cuz a lot of chess player ( duo's 1500 elo is equal to 300 on chess.com) using boost and farming xp
